The Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road”, which took place in Tashkent in December 2022 became extraordinary for me and summed up the year’s results. I am sure that 2023 will be the “year of Uzbekistan” for many international tourists. Thanks to the Silk Road Tourism Fair for a platform for dialogue in 2022. I am now looking forward to the 2023 fair and conference.
“TITF is one of the most professionally organised tourism fairs I have ever attended. It was particularly eye-opening to see how rapidly Uzbekistan’s infrastructure, fashion and wine industries have been developing in recent years.”
During the fair, we had a lot of meetings. Especially our partners were interested in the services of Uzbekistan's helicopters and many contracts were concluded. Thanks to the organizers, everything was organized at the highest level.
“TITF Uzbekistan, a well organized Hospitality and Travel Event, bringing together all stake holders, generating high powered energy and opportunities for the years ahead in developing and attracting tourism to this Wonderland Uzbekistan.”
I want to express my gratitude to our friends from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for such a wonderful project. The event was organized very professionally. The conference was organized at the highest level. Uzbekistan has made a huge leap forward in the field of tourism and has taken a very worthy place in the world tourism map!”
The Fair turned out to be productive and interesting to the Russian participants. First of all, It was possible to get acquainted and see the tourism potential, not only in all the regions in Uzbekistan but in different countries in Central Asia as well. ATOR expresses its gratitude to the National PR-centre under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the opportunity to take part in the Tashkent Touristic Fair
“Tourism in Uzbekistan is developing rapidly and it’s a very exciting time to be involved in the sector. TITF plays an important role in bringing public and private stakeholders together, sharing ideas, and building professional relationships.”
I was so happy to be a part of fabulous TITF-2022 as a moderator of the IT session. Tourism is one of the most important industries of international cooperation, and brings new opportunity which brings TITF are very vital for all participants.
If I am not mistaken, according to the information I have, in 1995, in cooperation with the UN, this fair was held for the first time. Due to the pandemic, the fair was suspended for two years. As we know, the pandemic, in addition to entrepreneurs, has affected many countries as a whole both negatively and positively. Of course, the re-creation of this fair, organized for the development of the tourism sector, I think, will be a good platform for further showing the tourism industry.
A very interesting, very active exhibition, which was a pleasant surprise for us. There were more than 200 hoteliers, a huge number of travel agents were concluded a large number of contracts, at the next exhibition we will be happy to share the results.
There is great involvement on the part of the world tourism industry, so we decided to show ourselves, to declare ourselves and uzbekistan through a new sphere, alpine skiing great gratitude to the organizers with whose support we were able to organize everything.
Continues to be the only leading industrial event a place where not only buyers and sellers meet, but all figures of the tourism industry. For me, the attention of aggregators and startups to the Fair was a surprise. I would like to note the spirit of business activity, as we managed to sign a memorandum of Cooperation with 8 tourism development associations at the fair
