From November 27 to 29, 2025, the Central Asian Expo Uzbekistan (CAEx) in Tashkent will host the 2nd International Culinary Championship “Lazzatli Oʻzbekiston” (Delicious Uzbekistan) and the Chefs’ Championship as part of the 30th Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road” (TITF).
The event is organized by the Association of cooks of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan.
This large-scale culinary event will bring together participants from more than 30 countries. Visitors and professionals from around the world will be able to immerse themselves in rich gastronomic diversity, discover unique flavors of national cuisines, and explore modern trends in global culinary arts. The festival will feature an extensive program including tastings, gastro-exhibitions, interactive zones, masterclasses by international chefs, and thematic discussions covering sustainability, ecology, technology, and global gastronomic trends.
The key highlight of the festival will be the international Chefs’ Championship, featuring 12 competitive categories — from national and modern dishes to show desserts and bakery arts. More than 150 professional chefs and experts from Uzbekistan and dozens of other countries will take part, with their work evaluated by accredited international judges.
This event will serve as an important platform for promoting gastronomic tourism, showcasing the unique flavors and culinary traditions of Uzbekistan, and creating new opportunities for international exchange and cooperation in the fields of culinary arts and tourism.
