Uzbekistan will pay subsidies to airlines and tour operators to attract tourists

In Uzbekistan, the “Open Tourist Season” program will be announced annually from June to August (https://t.me/huquqiyaxborot/19970), follows from the presidential decree.

According to this program, foreign and domestic air carriers that have opened new flights to Uzbekistan from foreign countries will be compensated for part of the costs from the State Budget, and will also be paidsubsidy of $100 for each attracted foreign tourist.

Also to tour operators-residents of Uzbekistan for attracting from promising foreign countriesEvery 1,000 foreign tourists will be provided with a subsidy of $5 thousand.

50% of VAT paid for the services of tour operators and hotels will be returned in the form of cashback.

Besides,50 foreign bloggers, each with more than 5 million followers on social networks, will be provided with free 7-day travel programsto visit Uzbekistan.

Will also be compensatedexpenses related to the promotion of tourist trips to Uzbekistanon the world`s largest online platforms in the tourism industry.
