RULES FOR VISITING TITF-2022

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Rules determine the procedure for visitor admission to the Tashkent International Tourism Fair TITF-2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Fair), organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan and State Unitary Enterprise “National PR-Center” (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) which established the rules of conduct for visitors to the fair.

1.2. Visiting the fair is possible only if the visitor familiarizes himself with these Rules and accepts them.

1.3. The attendance rules established by the administration of the exhibition complexes in which the Events are held shall apply to the extent that they do not contradict these Rules.

2. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT

2.1. The basis for admission to the Event is a badge -– identification of the visitor, containing information about his surname, first name and if applicable, the organization that the visitor is representing.

2.2. The badge can be received by the participant at the registration desk at the entrance to the fair, subject to registration on the TMTYA-2022 website.

2.3. Visitors are forbidden to transfer the badge to another person. The Organizer has the right to check the correspondence of the surname and first name indicated on the badge, the surname and name of the visitor, for which the person controlling the passage to the Event has the right to require the visitor to present an identity document.

2.4. In case the badge is lost, the visitor should contact the registration desk to restore it for the event.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

3.1. Visiting the fair by persons under the age of eighteen is possible only if adults accompany them

3.2. The Organizer has the right to establish age restrictions on the admission of visitors to the fair in cases provided for by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 22.10.2018 No. 848 “On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and / or Development”.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT

4.1. Visitors are obliged to observe public order on the territory of the exhibition complex in which the fair is held and on the adjacent territory, as well as to comply with the legal orders of the Organizer and the administration of the exhibition complex.

4.2. Visitors are prohibited from:

4.2.1. Bringing to the territory of the fair any types of firearms, gas and edged weapons;

4.2.2. Bringing explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, as well as toxic, poisonous and caustic substances to the territory of the fair;

4.2.3. Carrying and consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic drugs on the territory of the fair, be in a drunk state, narcotic or toxic intoxication;

4.2.4. Enter the territory of the fair with animals;

4.2.5. Cross the roadway marked with solid lines of the inner territory of the exhibition complex, in which the fair is held, outside the pedestrian crossings, as well as move along the roadway;

4.2.9. Perform actions that may become: a source of threat to the property of the Organizer, participants of the fair and / or the exhibition complex, life or health of people located on the territory of the fair; the source of obstacles or irregularities in the security of the fair;

4.2.10. Leave children unattended;

4.2.11. Organize and conduct unauthorized rallies, demonstrations, processions, pickets, as well as other uncoordinated promotions and flash mobs on the territory of the Event

4.2.12. Engage in begging, pollution and littering the territory of the fair;

4.2.14. Being dirty clothes; with luggage, items, products that may stain other visitors and exhibits;

4.2.15. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes in the buildings and on the open territory of the exhibition complex in which the fair is held, except for specially designated places.

4.3. If abandoned items or suspicious objects are found on the territory of the fair, visitors must immediately inform the representative of the Organizer or an employee of the exhibition complex.

4.4. Visitors are obliged to familiarize themselves with the fire evacuation plan, placed at the entrance to the territory of the fair.

4.5. In the event of an emergency on the territory of the fair, visitors are obliged to comply with the requirements of the organizer’s representatives and / or employees of the exhibition complex.

5. LIABILITY

5.1. The Visitor may be denied access to the Event or may be removed in the following cases:

5.1.1. When trying to enter the territory of the exhibition complex where the fair is held, with prohibited items;

5.1.2. When committing actions that violate public order;

5.1.3. In case of non-compliance with these Rules and the requirements of the representatives of the Organizer and / or the exhibition complex in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5.2. If a visitor commits illegal actions, he may be transferred to law enforcement officials to resolve the issue of bringing him to administrative or criminal responsibility.

5.3. Material damage caused to the property of the Organizer, exhibition complex or fair participants is subject to compensation in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
